I recently stayed at Hotel Hindustan International and was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and amenities provided. The cleanliness of the rooms was below standard – the bed sheets were stained, and even after requesting a change, the replacements were just as bad. Fresh, clean linen was clearly not a priority. Additionally, the first room we were given had a leaking AC, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Although we were eventually shifted to another room, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. For the price and the name, I expected far better standards. Definitely not worth recommending until they improve their maintenance and hygiene.

first time in hhi,,,, had a great stay i must say,,, room was great and the room services was like magic i called them and they r in the door,,,,, good view/ clean room / fantastic shower flow in washroom / after that i had free breskst which was very tasty wth a team who were serving the brkfst... they were all very active helful and great in serving... hhi is my fav now and in my nxt visit to any state i will serch fr hhi..... great👍🏽 hhi keep it up... gdmullick..

The intercom service is not working properly, there are no instructions about how to turn on the tv, at least they should provide breakfast at your room but there is no service like this. One is the major issue is that if your valuable thing left during the check out like silver and gold then they will not return it, may be room cleaner take it or may be someone else.

Hotel infrastructure is good but food quality is average. Toilet can be better, a bath tub without connection is kept engaging space in small toilet. Room air-conditioning was very bad and had sound whole night. Tv channels were not working and twice requested to start. Worst part when i checked inn no one accompanied to room to show the light switches and all

I recently stayed at h hi pune for the third time, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. The room quality doesn't justify the price, and during my recent business 訂房網站, i encountered several issues. The room i was initially given had a strange buzzing sound, and after being moved to another room, the same issue persisted. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn't working, and i had to call housekeeping three times before it was replaced. There were no bath towels in the room either, requiring yet another call to housekeeping. Service was quite slow, with a 20-30 minute wait for even basic requests. I had a similar experience during my first visit but didn’t report it at the time.

The hotel is charging almost like a 5 star but the service is terrible. There were cockroaches everywhere even on the food. The geyser was not working. The entire room was stinking and even after multiple complains they did not take any action.

The male staff at the reception was rude to the core. Even after paying for upgraded rooms the staff was trying to settle us for low grade rooms. Rooms had mouse and cockroaches.

the rooms were good but there was no in room dining after 11pm it was terrible experience there i also ordered cold coffee but it was tasteless and in the morning had breakfast which again was terrible 👎

Room linen was not clean. Room was full of insects. Even after repeated requests they did not cleaned the room and i had to sleep with in that. It was a pathetic night i had here.
